Lots of potential, apparently no support

This plugin has a lot of potentially but apparently no support. That’s a shame because there are only a couple of issue that keep this plugin from being very good. The issues I have are currently posted in the support forum by other users and are sitting unanswered. If the author would provide (meaningful) answers to the support questions I would likely change this review from 1 star to 5 stars.
