Lots of potential, but too many issues

I normally do not write reviews at all, but the repeated disappointments with this theme made me want to do so to warn people looking at potentially using it.

1. Support/Documentation is poor, and the answers almost always blame the user or assume the user is doing something wrong.

2. Each update brought new issues that I had to spend time fixing. Not just minor issues either. For example, after the most recent update, my entire header text and image were no longer responsive. That is my first impression and 50% of my traffic is mobile, so it is unacceptable. Other issues range from social icons disappearing, button colors not following theme primary button colors, contact form not sending emails, and that is just what I could come up with.

3. They have changed the way in which you customize their theme 3 times now in the 6 months I have used it. Pretty annoying to have to keep changing controls, not to mention that the new editing poorly inherits the old settings you made.

As the title suggests, this theme has a lot of potential but the various loose ends make it unusable for anyone with any kind of standards for their website.
