• I’m starting to wonder if I have a corrupt installation, as there are so many plugins that just fail to work for me.

There’s nothing wrong with the plugins that help with the design side of the site, but the ones that actually change elements on the themes tend not to work.

So far, the following plugins are not working right for me:

    Google Analytics
    Google Adsense
    jQuery Responsive Select Menu
    TablePress

    These are just a few.

I tried a fresh install, with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Mortium!

Does this happen with just one particular theme or all? Do keep in mind that not all themes will behave the same way as many are coded differently. Have you tried reaching out to the theme’s author about plugin conflicts/issues that arise?

    Thanks Jose,

I’m not sure who the author of the basic theme is. I’m just using the standard twenty fourteen theme.

Mindful of the fact that it may be the theme, I have chopped and changed so many themes without success now that I’m wondering if there is something wrong with my actual installation.

Which version of WordPress are you using now?

(jquery and based-on plugins are quite sensitive to WP latest core version)

I can also confirm you Yoast plugin works well, grabbing most GA/Ads tags in one plugin.

For jquery select menu, and the table plugin, please show examples (I customized of few jquery plugins, but didn’t try this one).

any one who can solve my problem ? ??
