Lots of sub menus. Menu creation alternative

Hi there,

I am having to build a lot of product category sub categories. Working with the built in menu structure creator is maddening. The problem is adding a lot of menus, and when I do add the menus to the menu structure, the scroll down gets so long its impossible to drag the items up to where they need to rest.

Looking for some kind of better menu creation process or plugin.
