Excellent plugin. The user interface is good. They’ve added useful details like allowing you to copy fields and bulk edit selection values.

I upgraded to Pro… and I rarely buy Pro anything, but this one is worth it. I’ve been wanting conditional logic and that was elusive until now. I’m using this for a complicated signup form that willI calculate a fee and sent it to paypal
