It was difficult to find a plugin that did what I simply wanted: Parallax the custom background! And it works with Divi!
My only suggestions to the developer:
1. Update it to 5.0 compatiblilty (I mean, it WORKS, but make sure your plugin is secure)
2. Any way you can make it scroll smoothly? When I mouse-wheel the motion is choppy. Try interpolating the change in position…??
