Love Ninja forms, support has issues

We love Ninja forms, BUT we have been going back and forth with Ninja’s support for 6 weeks on file uploads direct to amazon S3. Initially they were responsive from one day to the next, or 2 days… But, we kept getting the same questions from different techs, basically starting over each time we emailed for an advanced continuing support request. Several times we requested to setup a remote session and sent several recaps of the situation. We created logins to all sources necessary so they could troubleshoot on their own. And, we’re still stuck…we’d love to hear back from them to follow-up on this or at least an email saying it wont’ be fixed and a refund on the purchases we made…
