Love the idea – works great – but not always

  • Installed, set up and go – works like it’s supposed to (I think) but documentation is a big dodgy – not enough explanation as to what each features does. on top of that, some of the buttons stopped working so I opened a ticket for support (through their forum) – on day 4 now with no response. This issue has kept the plugin from working so here I sit, waiting to find out if I can get it working or I need to ditch for another solution.

    Giving it 3-stars because the attempt is good. Wanted to upgrade to get a few other options but not if I can’t even get the free version to work correctly – AND the lack of support scares me a bit as well (for an expensive upgrade).

    Thanks for the review! Regarding the support on the forum, we try to answer each user as quickly as we can and sometimes it may take a few days before receiving an answer from us. However, the Premium plans of Feedzy include premium support. As for the documentation, would you mind providing us more details about the features that you use and didn’t find enough explanations about?
