Love the product, hate the problems and service

I hate giving bad reviews and I usually go out of my way to find nice things to say… but I’m frustrated.
I LOVE the WCFM platform as it’s far superior to our last platform. However, WCFM customer service fails at every level. I have been waiting for a response for more than a week on issues I’m having with WCFM not being up to date with WordPress… and today I’m facing a CRITICAL issue. Responses take forever to receive, and they are inaccurate or incomplete. Right now my vendors cannot update anything in their stores which makes me look really bad.
I’m looking at other platforms to replace this one and will move everything if they don’t help me solve the issue that appears to be THEIR fault… and moving is the last thing I want to do! But if my vendors can’t use their store, I’m essentially out of business!
