Love this Plug in BUT

For some reason when using it with the theme called “Nexus? on themeforest..it breaks all of that themes shortcodes.

I used it fine with other themes but with that one it will not work. It causes the themes shortcodes to display text that should be code.

Any idea why it would do that and how to correcT?
