Love this Plugin!

I HIGHLY recommend this plugin over EventBrite. I will change my rating to 5 stars once they add the ability to do promo codes based on individual tickets instead of only events and categories. Limits my promotions.

Other than that, check-in has been more reliable than EB, customer service is fantastic and I love the customization! In addition, taking control of our data has saved us a ton in fees and time. It does take more training on our end, but the EE4 team is fantastic! The ability to download data and further analyze in Excel is a major plus too.

I would love to see a “Buyer Info” (name, phone and email) before they add Attendee information and the ability to apply discount codes in the Admin area so that transactions are marked as Complete.

I honestly have more good things to say thank bad, and, again, this is the ticketing system I recommend to ALL those that ask me. At the end of the day, your organization has to come up with its own processes of event/ticket creation, managing tickets and the check-in process. If you can do that, this tool is very powerful.
