PRO Plugin causes massive external calls

  • EDITED: While the function Works extremely well and I love the look it gives, recently the pro version of the plugin has shown via New Relic exessive ajax executions and 1000’s of milliseconds of external call time to the getwooplugins.com website. I have the paid pro version and opened a support ticket and the response was nothing more than:

    “We are trying to improve things regularly. Please, allow us some more time. There is no certain time period for such massive improvements. Hopefully, the plugin will be better day by day.”

    and the ticket was closed.

    I will be happy to re-update what was a 5-star rating back to such if they would actually address the issue. I’ve heard nothing back in 2 days from their support on this issue and seeing as it only seems to be an issue with pro which is the smaller plugin not the core version and it’s a paid option support should be doing more to fix the obvious issue. Bee relic doesn’t lie.
