• I’ve been using Peter’s Login plugin for years (I’ve been using WP for over 15 years) and I’m glad to see it bolstered by the recent acquisition and upgrade. The new UI looks nice. I have it installed on over 100 of the 165+ sites that I and my team oversee/manage.

But, as someone who literally makes a living off of WordPress, I am not fond of “set it and forget it” plugins that feel they need to be placed in the main WP Navigation bar further filling up our Admin UI. This plugin is a set it up once, and then forget about it. Most plugins of this type live UNDERNEATH the settings navigation where it used to be. Peter had it right, WPLogin has a different approach.

There are so few actual settings required for this plugin (currently only 1 setting) that the screen is full of promotions and call to actions to upgrade to the pro version. The 3rd tab is another marketing/push page to use their other login forms plugin.

If I pay for the Pro version, can I hide or move the WPLogin navigation to underneath Settings where it should be?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible at this time.

Thanks Collins. Please consider moving it back to where it used to be, especially for a Paid version.

This type of activity upsets many wordpress users, especially those of us who live/breath WordPress daily. (Visit the Advanced WordPress Facebook group and you’ll see it come up many times)
