love this plugin but cabt work

i use this plugin in my WP site .in this site buddy press is already installed. in admin side- Question Categories
– Question tags
– settings are in left side bar .i create question categories and apply settings .after adding question when going to particular question.it throws 404….so how to solve it.and tell me step by step how to configure this plugin in buddy pres.pl z help me asap
