@dcclow thanks for the review, though it’s a poor one and I wish you would have contacted me in the first place regarding your issue with “Manage in the Front-end” option. I haven’t found any support requests from you. Also, I don’t understand what you meant by “to do with your plugin not the page css with none of your options working.“.

You’re saying the plugin fails to update on the first click. This has been fixed and it should reload the page now and properly perform the update if you’re referring to the Pro version.

Note that you’ve rated the Pro version even though this area is designated for the Lite users. Was the Lite version having the same issues?

PS: I hope you’ll let me know about your issue whenever you have the chance (it’s likely an isolated case as it often happens) and you will consider updating your review.

Its with the pro version, i have not tried with the free version. The option when clicking Manage in the Front-end is when it fails. All the page CSS is fine until you get to the plugin in the footer. Its all collapsed and unreadable. No CSS is being applied to the plugin on the front end. Its the plugins visual aspect on the front end that is failing. Ive tried the same pro version on other sites and it does the exact same thing even when switching themes. All happened after v1.1.2.7. When install that version on all other sites works fine. But the moment i update that version front end fails.

@dcclow I could have investigated it for you and I’m positive I would have found the reason. Perhaps there’s an incompatibility with one of the plugins you’ve started to use, you never know until you finish debugging it. Also, the fact that you were happy with it for so long should have weighted towards your final rating. I don’t believe an issue (which wasn’t reported before by other users, correct me if I’m wrong in case there are any on this forum) that can be relatively easy to fix is a reason to give this plugin one star.

Even with all plugins disabled and a new fresh clean install that version of the plugin after update breaks the the front end option. I will change the review, i originally tried all sorts of debugging myself in changing themes and fresh installs with no plugins and it did the same every time and still does to this day.

@dcclow I believe you & I would be curious to find out what’s going on there! I’m positive that once I investigate it, I could tell you the reason behind it and if there’s an issue that could affect other users (perhaps a few people had this issue, but never mentioned it), I can quickly fix it ?? Please write to me via https://www.gabelivan.com/contact/ and we can take it from there!
