• I loved this product. Then there were a series of updates, now I can’t connect to any data… let alone the data from the last 30 days. I keep getting “insufficient permission” errors and “cannot connect with Stream” errors. Nothing working… even though I have the same username/email for stream and WordPress.com.

  • Hi barneskr! I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience connecting Stream.

    In the future, we would appreciate you comment in the support forum before leaving a negative review (that goes for any plugin, not just ours).

    9 times out of 10 developers of plugins are happy to help you and are thankful you are using their plugin.

    I hope you will give Stream another shot.

    With Stream 3.0, we’ve rethought the way we’re handling the records. Everything’s local now, nothing stored in the cloud and no registration. That means you won’t get any “can’t connect to Stream” errors anymore.
