low CTR adsense on generate press

  • Hi Tom,

    i want to ask, i am using generate press to all of my websites, it’s really helpful & one of the best theme i ever know

    it really perfect in every aspect but one which is CTR adsense. i don’t know why but in the past months, CTR adsense in my website using this theme is really low (0,10 – 0,18 %). i am already maximize ads unit (i’m using 4 ads in articles, including in top, middle & bottom article).

    so what’s the problem? is it just me or everyone else occurs this problem? do you have any solution for this problem?

  • is https://www.daftarinformasi.com ur website, if it is then i noticed no ads on homepage. i will suggest one global ads below menu not in header. one in sidebar. i believe you are displaying infeed ad just below your post title. if i am not wrong google suggests it to put after 2 para. so you can use adinserter plugin. Also i will suggest you to use one text ad in between post content

    The theme itself is just the foundation to your website – it doesn’t have any say over your CTR. That would depend on your content, and how you’re laying out your ads.
