I love all the concept of the plugin for al digital business or projects, ive notice until now 2 issues …

    – Sometimes when you add a form shortcode this charge very slow on the front end.
    – On credit card payment (stripe) on Test mode everything is good, but when i active the Live Mode, the INLINE input of the credit card data overlap making difficult to read the input fields, this can cause distrust in the user and posible customer.

I hope this plugin evolve soon, this have a big potential!

    Hi Naya!

    Thanks for your review!

Huh, I have not heard of any performance-related issues happening with SureCart. Perhaps there are other elements on the page, or on your site that may be causing performance bottlenecks.

Also, regarding Stripe Credit Card fields – this is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not control this component (nor should we) so that you are able to be PCI compliant. But this sounds like unexpected behavior.

Could you reach out to our support forum about these issues? I’m confident we can help you solve these. I would help here, but due to rules it needs to be as a support request.

Thanks for that update! We are now switching to the Payment Element, since the Card Element is now deprecated by Stripe. It should solve this issue. You are welcome to change this on your end under SureCart > Settings > Advanced and enable the Payment Element.

Are you still having some performance issues? I’d be happy to help with that.
