Low Mobile and Desktop PageSpeed (VPS)

Hello. I originally had EasyWP Namecheap hosting. Using 10web and CDN I was able to achieve a desktop page speed of 100. Now switching to VPS Namecheap, after installing the 10web plugin on my WordPress page the page speed is very low 40 mobile / 70 desktop. Please help to optimize. Targeting 90-100 Mobile, 90-100 Desktop.
