Low Premium Options + Poor Support

  • There are no many additional options in the Kale Pro. Compared to the free variant of the theme, it looks worthless to pay for that, because it’s almost the same. Besides, I can mention my bad experience with the support while I wanted them at least to provide me some coding for changing colors that could work on the theme. I wrote to them and waited for a reply almost for 2 weeks! That’s not nice, guys! Not nice! And after I wrote to them again, asking them to take some action, because I like the look of the theme. It’s lovely, and that’s why I’ve decided to give it a chance despite the bad reviews. They haven’t answered me for 4 days more, since I wrote to them again asking them for a refund, filling all the needed credentials they require, including my names, my email address, my domain address, and etc., a girl responded to my inquiry after 5 days, asking me TO CONFIRM MY USERNAME FOR HER! WHAT A SHAME, guys! -F! I had to raise my refund issue to ThemeForest (thank you for your support, guys! You’re great!) because they continue ignoring my messages, and finally, I succeeded to get my money back! Good that I’ve bought the theme via ThemeForest at least, not from their own website.

    @expofield I am sorry to hear about your experience. I just checked and the last correspondence we have from you at ThemeForest is at least 7 months ago. On our own help desk, I have a refund request from you from Mar 2020. I have not heard from you since then, when I asked you when you had submitted the request as we had not yet received it via ThemeForest.
