Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Facebook pixel.

The issue at hand, most likely, is caused by the fact that the Facebook pixel on your website is not aligned with your Facebook catalog feed. Are you using a third party Facebook pixel plugin for your website? You need to make sure that the content_ids parameter of your Facebook pixel contains the exact same values as the g:id field in your product feed. Typically that will be the product ID.

I use google tag manager. For the view content event I use this code:

I found an issue with your pixel implementation. The problem is caused because for your product variation pages the parent product ID is being used in the pixel and not the variation product ID.

See for example this product variation:
https://www.runayaq.com/producto/polo-valle-del-mantaro/?attribute_pa_talla=l

Its product ID is 586 and that’s also how it is in your product feed. Yet your facebook pixel is using product ID 541 which is the product ID of the parent variable product (which is wrong). So you need to make sure that the variation product ID is being used in the pixel for your variation URL’s.

Since you should be adding the product ID’s of both simple and variations products the content_type of your pixel should always be just “product”.
