    We dont use any other plugins.

    Also our server and memory is very fast and not the root of the problem.

    Please answer our support tickets asap since we cant create courses right now….

    It seems you are a premium plugin user, and we talked on our live chat. We stick to strict guidelines when altering a user’s site. In this case, we added a new section to your feature course and conducted a test by recording that section. After the test, we promptly removed the test section from your feature course. In our previous message, we mentioned that we replicated the issue on our testing environment, meaning we conducted the test on our site.

    It was solely to verify the issue and not to make any changes or modifications to other courses. Upon checking the feature course, we confirmed all the contents are intact. We recommend consulting with other instructors and administrators with course authorities to gather additional insights.

    not true. all the quiz questions are missing. luckily we have backups
