Hi! I just downloaded optimole and most of my images are working fine. But there is one problem that the first two of the featured image on my posts were so blurry. I checked the file size and they are just 8 and 13 KB. I have disabled “limit image size” function and enabled “retina quality” but the problem was not solved. And the problem just appear with the image in the featured image, the same file in the post is very clear

sorry I could not see the images in your screenshot. But it is always the featured image of the first two posts, no matter which image I use, including the posts that appear after clicking “load more” posts

    Hi @chingting717,

You might have excluded those two images from Optimisation process, that’s why they are not being served in retina quality, for images to be served in retina format, those needs to be lazyloaded by Optimole. You can try to reduce this value to check this – https://vertis.d.pr/i/MClkJt

Also, make sure that you are not using any other plugin’s lazyloading feature as it can also affect image qualities as two lazyloading mechanisms conflicts with each other.

Let us know how it goes, thank you!
