Please try to use this css:

.wpnawfree-plugin .news-col-2 .grid-news-thumb {
    height: 180px;
}

OR

.wpnawfree-plugin .news-col-2 .grid-news-thumb {
    height: 180px !important;
}

Please go to your Admin Panel->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
Please put the above CSS in this section.
