    Hi there,
The products that are low in stock and out of stock don’t appear at the dashboard and also at the stock central they don’t appear under the low and out of stock products.
I set the low stock products in woocommerce to 10 and out of stock threshold 2.
when products go less than that, there are no change in them on ATUM dashboard and stock central.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hi @ahmedgubr ,

Thank you very much for your post.

I am sorry to hear your site is having issues showing these figures.
Usually, when something like this happen, 2 things are at fault. Please, do check both I will mention:

    1. Check all your plugins and WP are up to date and updated.
    2. 3rd party plugin is interfering with ATUM functions. – recommending doing this in staging site. If you do not have one, create one asap. Disable all plugins in WP, but 2. ATUM and WooCommerce will stay the only active plugins in your site. Test if the products not shown are there now. If they are, the fault is 3rd party.
Start activating plugins by plugins and after every activation check the products are shown. As soon as you seen they disappeared, the last activated plugin caused the error.

You can as well check your error log before doing these two steps.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
    First thanks for your reply.
I do what you suggest me to do. I make a staging site and deactivated all the plugins and installed only woocommerce and ATUM plugins but unfortunately, it didn’t change what happen with low and out of stock products.

    Hi @ahmedgubr,

Ohh dear, oh dear, now I understand your issue. The screenshots helped a lot.

I am afraid you have misunderstood the low stock counter in Stock Central. This filter is controlled in ATUM settings and not by the “Low Stock Threshold” in your products data. This threshold I believes only triggers email notification and it belongs to WooCommerce, not ATUM. This means ATUM works perfectly well.

Here is the documentation for the settings. Hope it helps.
