Low stock notification (just once)

    Hello,

    Is any possibility to set up low stock notification, just at once it trigger low stock qty, let’s say 30 pcs., and if it’s go lower order by order, avoid to send additional notifications until replenishment received and again trigger low stock qty 30 pcs… Is that possible?

    Yes I could set up low stock qty at inventory, but a problem is it’s send notification for each new order, again and again, if after order qty is still lower let’s say 30 pcs. (as a settings in inventory)

    First order, email notification: There are 29 left.

    Second order, email notification: There are 27 left.

    etc.

    Is any way to stop it sending notification after first warning / notification it trigger low qty? And wait until new replenishment of that good arrive.

    Main idea of this is to set up auto-email which will go directly to supplier with a new inbound order for our e-shop.

    Hey there!

    The idea is that it keeps notifying you so that you’re aware of the stock below that threshold. Most shops tend to keep that threshold quite low, so don’t have to deal with too many notifications.

    You could definitely modify the behavior that’s is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
