Low stock threshold notification ONLY ONCE

    Hi there,

    That’s possible to set up a low stock threshold at inventory, but a problem it’s send notification for each new order, after it’s trigger threshold quantity, if after order qty is still lower let’s say 30 pcs. (low stock threshold )

    First order, email notification: There are 29 left.

    Second order, email notification: There are 27 left.

    etc.

    Is any way to stop it sending notification after first warning / notification, after trigger low qty? And wait until new replenishment of that good arrive.

    Main idea of this would be to set up auto-email which will go directly to supplier with a new inbound order for our e-shop. (Auto replenishment order)

    As long as the stock for a product is below the designated threshold every change in stock (up or down) that is below that will trigger the notification email. This functionality is designed to make sure store managers are aware of low stock. Most stores will set the stock notification to something much lower like 5 to prevent repeated low stock notifications.
