Lower casing page title and site title.

I had a topic answered but can’t find it. He gave me the following custom css
.page .panel-content .entry-title, .page-title, body.page:not(.twentyseventeen-front-page) .entry-title {
text-transform: none;
}
It effectively lowercases the page title but not the site title. Though he had a picture of the site title in lowercase. I am confused.
