    Hi yousefalshame,

    Thank you for reaching out!

We have reviewed the issue, and it seems that the error may be caused by an optimization plugin that is interfering with LearnPress functionality.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable any optimization plugins you are using (such as caching or minification plugins).
    2. If that resolves the issue, you can enable the optimization plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.
    3. Alternatively, disable all plugins except LearnPress and check if the issue still persists.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please let us know, and we will provide a more suitable solution.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

    The problem still exists

    Hi yousefalshame,

After reviewing the issue, it appears that the root cause may be related to an incorrect SSL configuration on your website.

Please ensure the SSL is correctly set up, reconfigure the Permalinks, and check for any remaining issues using the Site Health Status tool.

If the problem persists after addressing these issues, please let us know, and we will provide an optimal solution for you.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

Tried and still the problem exists

Regarding SSL configuration, it is not effective because the version works on a subdomain
But on the main domain, SSL is effective and the problem appears
