Hello everyone, on this occasion I have had an operational problem with LS Cahce and Slider Revolution …

When doing the image optimization to the WebP Format, in the rest of the HTML the images are under the name of image.png.webp but in the images located in the slider doesn’t show as active and the images are called image.png instead of image.png.webp

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @cronnoslogic, May I know which part of your website is using Slider Revolution? Can you share the class name or the image file name with us?

Also, can you go to Media > Library and select list mode, to check is that image received a webp version?

Well, it’s not just a file, and I’ve noticed that in Firefox none comes in WebP format. Example of files:

    https://www.webmaster.com.do/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/pattern.png
    https://webmaster.com.do/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/img_8.jpg
    https://www.webmaster.com.do/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/mouse_icon.png

And some others in Chrome … In Firefox, there is no WebP format.

In the media list I have already selected all the files, but still they are not sent in WebP

The images which not replaced with WEBP is an external resource (https://www.webmaster.com.do, but your root domain is without www). Can you try to replace the images URL back to your root domain?

Thank you! Problem solved, but I have the doubt because they are not sent to the browser firefox in that format
