    Hello people!

We are already in V3, I would like to know if the cache problem with the CF has been solved?

More specifically this one: CF Cache and LS Cache webp Problem

I’m trying to optimize the images on my site, but I’m not managing to leave any with the webp format.

    Report number: QPIZLFIZ

    Hi,

    Yes.

If you have link to Quic Cloud dashboard , then please check in domain —> setting —> server IP

If you didn’t link to QC dashboard , then please go to crawler setting , set server IP , then re-generate the domain key.

in either of above scenario , it will sync the origin server IP to our node , and will pull directly from origin while bypassing CF.

You may need to whitelist our IPs as well.

    Thanks for the quick response!

Where can I whitelist these ips? I use OLS, does it come pre-configured to whitelist these ips?

    Hi,

From OLS side , you probably doesn’t need to whitelist it if you didn’t set any restriction.

I mean more like server firewall , ufw , firewalld , iptables , CSF …etc

    Hi,

I just redid the option “Destroy All Optimization Data” and I still have images in my home that are in JPG and PNG, what could it be?

    Images not in Webp

    Images not in Webp2

    Cheers,

    Hi,

I randomly picked up one images and checked it does have webp replacement present by direct access URL.

Now , could you please go to admin area , left-side bar —> LiteSpeed Cache —> Toolbox —> [6] Debug Settings

    in this page:

set Debug Log to Admin IP Only

add your IP into Admin IPs (you will see your IP below.)

    set Debug Level to Advanced

    save changes.

Now go to [7] Log View, click on admin-bar LiteSpeed Cache —> Purge All

then click button [D] Clear Log , keep this window open, don’t close it nor navigate away from it.

Now ,open a new window, access your home page , like https://your_domain.com/?test (please do remember attach ?test to it)

once page is loaded , go back to Log View window and refresh this page, you should see the debug log is showing up.

Then please copy all the text , paste it into https://paste.ubuntu.com/

then post the link it generated for you.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Here’s the link: LS Cache log

I noticed that in some images it says that there is no WEBP…

I have already performed the procedure of destroying all the data of optimized images 2 times and still the same error remains.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

It didn’t do replacement due to webp file not exist.

In some cases , webp could be result in larger than origin , in that case , webp will be dropped as there is no reason to replace it.

If you failed to get webp for first time , I would say it might be some kind of error happened , but if you tried multiple times and still not getting webp , then it’s possible that webp is larger than origin.
