LS image optimization progress 0%

    Hello,

    I have to domains with one WordPress Installation running on a Shared Server.

    1. Wortschusterei.de and
    2. lebensflow.de

    Both wp installations use the LS cache plugin with image optimization activated.

    On 1. image were optimized correctly.
    But on 2. the progress is 0%

    Even though the settings are the same.

    Any help appreciated.

    When I hit ?gather image data‘ I get:
    Gathered 1676 images successfully.
    But the queue to process the images is not started.
    Progress stays 0%.

    quick dashboard says:

    Domains

    Hi,

    you can upload it to somewhere like imgur , or just google drive, dropbox ..etc

    and also please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Thank you. I fixed the problem by deleting all optimized data and settings Auto corn and auto pull to ?off“. This way i got the button ?send images…“. After that I turned the auto features ?on“ again and the plug-in continued …
    99% groups completed now. And 100% images.
    16 groups left, and i don‘t know why they are not processed. So most of the problem solved – just the 16 groups are left open.

    what does it happen if you click “gather image data” ?

    Hi @docjojo

    Those open 16 groups normally come from some non-sense image records in the database, like some image records without real image source. We need to manually cleanup those non-sense records to fix the problem. Future lscwp will handle such cases automatically. It’s in the plan.

    Due to inactivity of this topic and many updates on lscwp in the past 4 months, I will mark this topic as “resolved”. If you still have such issues, please feel free to open a new ticket and reference this one. We will check into this further if needed.
