in page optm -> css options , please try disable CSS minify and CSS combine , save and purge all , see how it goes

That worked. However, I enabled this because the embedded YouTube video was taking my site speed. What can be done to enable this option but not have it resized from landscape to portrait

if you reset to default setting (export current conf if needed) then only enable iframe lazy , how does it go ?
