Lucienne features

I installed and activated “lucienne” but my site is not looking the same as the picture of the outside theme. If you look at the picture of the theme, the image posted in an article/post is visible on the front page under recent posts. Mine did not do that, it only showed the title. How do I get the image to be visible?
