I like the, err, breadcrumb trail nav at the top-right (very small and nice). I like the fluid layout, and you got the content away from the left edge without using a border – that’s clean. With your logo and the sparse fullscreen near-monochrome, it looks very “coderly” to me, which appears to be your style. I suggest adding some “Recent Posts” on the homepage, perhaps even showing the excerpt-line of the 3-5 most recent?

I’m glad you like it :D. Dunno if I’ll put recent posts on the home page… after all, it’s not just a blog, it aims to become a bit more in time…
