MA Elements Deleted When Updated

Thanks for getting in touch. I have tested the Master Addons plugin update on an existing demo site. I haven’t faced any issues like this. The update was fine and works perfectly with all elements and their content.

Can you please be more specific, which elements are deleted after the update.

Have you checked the Elements manager , if the Infobox element is enabled or disabled?

If it’s already enabled then disable it once and save the settings. After disabling the element – again enable it and save the settings. Then reload your editor.

The info box element is missing completely from the list after updating, which is most likely why the elements disappear from the website… Was this element removed from the options?

I apologize. It is in the list, but it is still marked as activated. The actual info box elements disappear completely from the page after the update though.

I tested the issue in my multiple local server. It seems perfect to me. Can you please disable the element from “Element manager” then save it, again enable it and save it.

I tested on latest WordPress and Elementor.

I tried that and it did not work. I restored from a back up point, deactivated all plugins besides Elementor and Astra theme plugins, and still experienced the same issue when updating this plugin. I am updating from Master Add Ons version 1.6.6
