It is coming from the style sheet of the plugin responsive-twentyten, .entry-content image.size-full

As kmessinger noted above, it is being generated by responsive-twentyten, which is located in the plugins directory, so the path to the actual style sheet would be;

/wp-content/plugins/responsive-twentyten/css/style.css

Starting at line 32 in that style sheet, I think what you might be looking for is this part:

box-shadow: 2px 2px 10px #333333;
