Mac User Not able to View Toolbar

  • I have added a new Contributor to my site and they are coming up against the following issue:
    -she can’t view the toolbar above the posting page… the Bold, Italic, etc buttons/ She also can upload pictures or put in line breaks-

    She has a Mac, I don’t know what browser she is using. Myself and another woman use windows with IE and firefox and we don’t have any trouble.

    Any suggestions for her?

  • Bet she’s using safari… as far as I know, the Wysiwyg editor won’t work well with Safari. She can go to Users -> My Profile, scroll down and disable that editor.

    Or she can install Firefox.

    To the best of my knowledge, those would be the two options (short of using something like w.bloggar or another blogging client outside of WP).
