MacOS Lion Server and xmlrpc

  • I’ve got a WordPress site running on a Mac Mini Lion Server and when I try to access the site using xmlrpc I get “ERROR The response could not be parsed”. I know this usually means that the xmlrpc.php file is in the wrong place but that is not the case, since I can put the correct address in a browser and I get a response from the file. Also, I know this works fine when accessing a comparable site hosted on HostGator.com. Any thoughts?
    I’m using a FileMaker plugin called FM WordPress Sync.
