The act of simply activating this plugin caused any action on my site to hang and crash the page. It was a struggle to delete this plugin through the admin back end as well because of this. Would not recommend.

First of all, welcome to the community, I see you just registered.

Sorry for your experience with this plugin, I had no news that this has happened before.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some guidance to correct it… What version of PHP and WordPress do you use on your site?

I have been testing and the only circumstance in which this problem can occur is when the website does not meet the minimum requirements:

    Minimum Requirements
    WordPress 4.0 or greater
    PHP version 5.6 or greater

If this has been your case, you shouldn’t even have installed this plugin on your site.

    Best regards

I’m using WordPress version 4.9.8 and my PHP version is above 5.6. Even if my installation didn’t meet the minimum requirements, your plugin should fail more gracefully than causing the site to hang. Do your version checks before the rest of your code executes.

I changed my review to 3 stars because I was mostly just angry when I left my review and I don’t like leaving 1 stars unless the plugin is exceptionally terrible.

Totally agree, I should have added something as simple as a version check and not rely on the user to review the minimum requirements. It will be a priority to add it for the next version.

You can try in this test installation that has the same requirements that you tell me and you will see that it installs perfectly.

    (WordPress 4.9.8 and PHP 5.6.37)

    Website: https://gleaming-unicorn.w6.poopy.life
    Administration Panel: https://gleaming-unicorn.w6.poopy.life/wp-admin

    User: demo
    Password: 2zkRv6UFBo24

This facility will be available for 24 hours.

I guess the bug is caused by some kind of incompatibility with some theme or plugin you use on your site.

The only way to check it would be directly on your site. If you want me to do it, I would need access data to the administration panel and also to the FTP of the site (this way I will be able to uninstall it manually in case of failure). You can send them to me at [email protected].

    I appreciate your revaluation ??
