    Hi there,

it’s strange that you advertise your service with “made with love in Germany” but there are missing legal informations.

    – Imprint – Even when you are not living in Germany but you sell to European customers, you have to provide an imprint-page with your address and tax-id.

    – Privacy Policy – Same as on imprint. There have to be an contact who is responsible for the privacy on this page.

    – Cookie information – There is no cookie information.

Do your European customers an favor and represent an correct business page when you are selling such great stuff like this and want an satisfied audience.

Additional an F.A.Q. section for billing information will be great as well. Do you provide an invoice with tax-id and address information?

    Cheers and glws,
    Steve

I haven’t had any complaints. If you need the business address or tax number, I’d be happy to provide them.

Can you refer me to the legislation that requires a non-EU business to comply with European laws?

And thats a good point – Dive into the jungle of your different pages will not show where you resident at. More information more customers.

Thx but when a interested person have to ask for your legal information its to late.

Good product but bad business behavior.

    Cheers from Germany
