made po and mo file but see no translation

  • I am practicing with translation files. Have wordpress test site https://www.testinah.tk with active theme twenty sixteen.

    I have Poedit made a po and mo file with a few words translated into Dutch and this upload via filezilla ftp and placed in the folder languages of the theme

    However, I do not see anything back from what I translated.

    Who knows what I m doing wrong?
