magazine basic home button not available

  • I’m working on this website using magazine basic. it’s kinda on and off, so when the client told me ‘where’s the home button?’ I couldn’t remember when or if it was there and what happened to it. how come that you have posts that appear on the home page but I don’t have a home button? and can that be fixed? thank you for any assistance.

    According to the preview there is a home button, but the screen also supports a custom menu. Perhaps you set up a custom menu, but forgot the home button.

    christine, thank you for your response. by the time I got your email I had solved the problem and gone to bed. I must’ve renamed the home page and lost track of it. I created a new home, but technically it was not ‘home’. when I couldn’t figure out the whole thing, I reinstalled the theme so I can audit what happens and when. when I saw the home button, I could work it into the custom menu. thanks again for your offer to help.
