Magento system.log error

Nice plugin!
Just updated WP to 3.9.2 and am now experiencing a lot of “ERR (3): Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘Facebook/Loader.php’ for inclusion in ~/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 94” errors. (Seem to get a handful every minute).
From what I can see, these are being caused by the Magento’s Autoload.php picking up on Yoast’s SEO plugin (https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/) – is there any way to prevent this error message from occurring?Thanks.
