• Hi all, I’ve installed the ‘Magic Affiliate’ plugin on my site, and also have the ‘Magic Members’ plugin installed. I setup a link in the backend, then proceeded to log out, clicked the link, and I see no activity in the backend.. Am I missing something here?

  • Hi,

    You need to activate Magic Members module from;

    Magic Affiliate –> Recurring Modules –> Magic Members

    Thank you, but I’ve already checked that option. Could you please explain to me how the system knows what affiliate is associated with a link?

    I also opened a ticket in their support center 3 days ago… Is this plugin even being supported?

    I think they don’t work on weekends.

    Just now got a reply, I was starting to get worried. Thanks for your help.

    @codyodell We’re having a similar problem where the sales go though using a Magic Member subscription but the sales do not appear in Magic Affiliate. The Magic Affiliate Support (via email) has not responded to our request for help. Did they resolve the issue for you and if so how?

    To others considering buying Magic Members and Magic Affiliates to track affiliate sales – we highly suggest that you fins other products. We have spent days now trying to configure these 2 products and their technical support is super slow and not responsive.
