Magic Fields and Category links

Hey guys am in a twist here, i have a Magic Field titled “My Car” now under this group i have Make, history, review. Now this group is setup as posts under magic fields and the 3 options ie history, review and make are also post categories my problem is how do i link theos 3 links ie make, history and review so when someone is reading about say FORD they can select the make, history or review link and view info about FORD but on the other hand if one selects say TOYOTA since i have the single.php customized to pull data how do i automate the link url for the 3 fields..
