    Hi @tanvirroky,

    Thanks for reaching out to us

    please check the below points before pursuing:

    1. Change the theme to a standard Elementor theme. e.g. Hello Elementor theme.

    2. Clear the browser cache.

    3. You can first try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:

    • Go to?Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS?and click the Regenerate Files button.
    • Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button.
    • Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.

    4. You are using the latest HappyAddons.

    5. You are using the latest Elementor Free and Elementor Pro(if you have the Pro version.)

    6. You don’t have any third-party plugins/addons installed with the same feature.

    The issue should be fixed now. However, let me know the update.
    Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply.
    I tried all of those and couldn’t make it work.
    I am using astra theme with elementor pro. The website is currently under development and all cache are disabled. After each edit I regenerate the elementor CSS.
    I found a solution for all media selected when adding new 360 gallery.
    in the file happy-elementor-addons/widgets/threesixty-rotation/widget.php
    line 75, instead of adding a placeholder,

                'default' => [
                    [
                        'url' => Utils::get_placeholder_image_src(),
                    ]
                ],

    keep it blank.

    'default' => [ ],

    This way the gallery will behave like elementor gallery and no images will get selected the first time and don’t have the pain of deselecting all.

    Please add this on next update.
