Mail 2

  • Hi new user, trying to set up a basic contact form with a copy of message sent to the user who submits the contact form.

    have ticked mail 2 option. enabled google recapture v3 ( nothing appears on the form, I think that is right?) warning went away in contact & setup.

    form submits to my email, that is fine will want to change that at some time but presently for testing it is not on our final domain name so, presuming wont send to the email I want.

    but the mail 2 doesn’t seem to arrive I have left the form as default setting to test?

    hi takayuki thanks for your speed responce.

    The web site it is still in developer mode as it’s a huge project and we have an existing web site running on our domain and this running on an alternative domain for testing but everything in the form is as the defaults as set in the original form 1 other than ticking mail2 option and adding the google recapture v3 to get rid of the warning message.

    I don’t believe there is a way so share it with you at this stage

    hi Takayuki, I just thought I would do another test.

    I used my gmail ( as a user) rather than an email from a Domain I own and the copy came thought to the gmail address. Why would that be.

    I just did it again using a second email from our work account accounts@ and the copy came though.
    all of works emails are on exchange and my personal other domian email that didn’t work is hosted by Microsoft but not exchange.
