Mail auto no send to admin and users

  • Hi,
    i have a big issue during long time.
    We do not (admin and users) receive the mail auto like new account, account update…

    I install WP MAIL SMTP with all provider infos but i didn’t solve it.

    Can you please give me a solution, for eaxmple to force the email auto to be send and explain me a bit how it works?
    We really need to fix this.
