I am suddenly receiving Mail Connection Time Out error. I am able to telnet to port 110 and see the messages that are waiting.
I am able to access the mailbox with webmail also.
I was previously able to post to that account using the mail account on Jan 10 without errors.
The mail server is responsive using anything but postie.

Did you try telnet from the same machine that Postie is installed on?

Thanks for the advice. When I tried to telnet from the same machine that Postie is installed on I was unable to do so. Turns out there was an issue with the site’s web host.
